1. Wash your items before bringing them in
2. Place in a bag, box, basket or bin
3. Drop them off at the store and shop while you wait!
4. Our Certified Buyers wave their magic wand (they’ll inspect each item for spots, stains, holes, style, and signs of wear)
5. We enter everything we can buy into our software to get you a price quote
6. You get ca$h or store credit for the items you want to sell!

Who looks through the clothes?

Our Certified Buyers go through our custom training program.  It’s not a perfect science (we are human after all!) but we do our best to curate items that our customers will LOVE!

They are meticulous about inspecting items to find things in great condition (no spots, stains, holes, signs of wear) and they have an eye for taking in trending styles! Our pricing software helps us stay consistent.

What kinds of things do we take?

We’re looking for trendy name brand items in great condition! We buy all-seasons, all year round. 
Our favorite brands: Pacsun, Brandy Melville, American Eagle, Levis, Urban Outfitters, Vans, Nike, Lululemon and SO many more!

How long does it take?

If you’re bringing in a good amount (1 basket or garbage bag is perfect!) it typically takes 20-45 mins per person.  We look through everything first-come, first-serve so it also depends on how many people have brought off items to sell that day.  
Pro tip: right after we open is the best time to drop off!

How much do we pay?

We pay you 20-40% cash or store credit (more for store credit). Higher end brands =  higher prices and bigger payouts. 🤑 We have some great deals; everything in the store is priced 50-90% below retail and our offer is based on those amazing prices!

What sizes do you take?

We buy Junior and Young adult sizes:
XXS - XXL or 00-20 for girls/women
XS-XXL or 28-38 for guys/mens sizes
